Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased at Youngplantmotion, located at Ladebekken 7041, 7066 Trondheim, Norway. It does not apply to studio session fees or class bookings.
Return Period
You may return eligible products within 14 days of the purchase date, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts, where applicable. For in-studio purchases, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the product.
Eligible Products
Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact where applicable
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without proof of purchase
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

We will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide instructions for bringing the item to our studio.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Session Bookings
Class and session bookings are not covered by this Return Policy. Cancellation terms for sessions are communicated at the time of booking. For questions about session cancellations, please contact us.
