What to Expect

Every Session Includes

All classes at our Trondheim studio follow a consistent structure: arrival and settling, guided warm-up, main practice block, and a closing cool-down. Instructors provide verbal cues and demonstrations — you work at your own pace within the group setting.

Mats, blocks, and straps are available on-site. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

First-time visitors are welcome at any open session. Let the instructor know it is your first visit so they can orient you to the space and equipment.
